FIRESIDES OF L DOUGLAS WALDORF

What is a Fireside Talk or Lecture? In the 1940's, President Franklin D. Roosevelt used to address the nation in what he called a "Fireside Chat". John F. Kennedy used to sit in a rocking chair and talk informally to the people of America. It seems to be a relaxed way to discuss important topics with friends. Frequently, reknowned lecturer, L. Douglas Waldorf, invited friends and guests to sit by the fireside of his giant fireplace and discuss topics of mutual interest. Many guests have requested copies of his discussions to share with their friends.

Doug Waldorf was also invited by Ward Mission Leaders, Youth Leaders, and even Mission Presidents, all across the south, and indeed, across America, to come to homes, chapels, Relief Society rooms, cultural halls, and stake centers to give his Fireside Talks, many times being invited back over and over to give his entire catalog of Firesides. Again, after each fireside, many individuals attending the Fireside came up to Doug Waldorf and requested copies of his Fireside Talks to share with family and friends. Now, Mark 4:22 Productions & Publicaitons, Inc. is pleased to make these stimulating and informative LDS Fireside talks covering the historical evidences of the Gospel on the subjects of the White God Legend, how we received The Book of Abraham, the Parable of the Wheat and Tares and more available to everyone through this LDS Fireside Lecture Series.
