Beginning with the Biblical Parable of the Wheat and Tares recorded in Matthew 13:24-30, L. Douglas Waldorf answers why our Savior made reference to these plants in this parable, and examines the trials and experiences of Jesus Christ and His Apostles during His earthly ministry, and explains how these experiences relate to us today. The live recording of this LDS Fireside Talk was sent by L. Douglas Waldorf to his granddaughter, Amanda, and is now available to you. The DVD of the LDS Fireside filmed before his death, with the visuals used in the live presentation of the LDS Fireside Talk, will be available in 2008.
